Alexia Nepola, a prominent figure from The Real Housewives of Miami, along with her former spouse Todd, has acquired a villa at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach for nearly $5.3 million. In this transaction, Todd acted as Alexia's representative, while the seller was represented by Devin Kay from Douglas Elliman's Exclusive Group. This modern villa, crafted by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Piero Lissoni, boasts over 4,000 square feet, featuring a sleek black-and-white palette, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a Boffi kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances. It includes three bedrooms with balcony access, a primary suite with a sitting area and soaking tub, and a lap pool surrounded by landscaped gardens.
