Alexandre Maubert at Galerie Escougnou-Cetraro

Alexandre Maubert, who lives and works in France and Japan, held his first solo exhibition at Galerie Escougnou-Cetraro in Paris from September 19 to October 31, 2015. The show was reviewed in artpress n°429 (January 2016, p. 41). The exhibition's conceptual framework echoes Georges Didi-Huberman's book title "Quand les images prennent position" (When Images Take a Stand), reflecting Maubert's exploration of how images assert positions. The gallery is located in Paris.
