Alexander Peroutka: Artist, Curator, Writer

In 2006, Alexander Peroutka, a multifaceted artist, curator, and writer, completed his education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. He further advanced his academic journey by obtaining a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Technical University in Brno. Prior to his graduation, he was awarded a fellowship at the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts in 2005. His noteworthy diploma project, titled "Who Are We?" explored themes of identity and gender within Czech online magazines. Peroutka's later works include significant pieces such as "How do you like Sweden?" created between 2007 and 2009, and "Collective."
