Alessandro Twombly's Recent Works at Galleria Alessandra Bonomo

Twombly's work explores nature as metamorphosis, from blue water sources to flowers and deserts, where light becomes blinding and colors fade. In the 'Monti Pallidi' series, the Dolomites emerge from memories of long walks, with mountains, rocks, and mists rendered in reds, blacks, ochres, and blues. His poetics arise from instinctive strokes and unpredictable signs, sometimes blotches, sometimes masses, sometimes mystery.
