Alessandro Dobici's Cuban Retrospective: 20 Years of Italian Photography
In Havana, the Istituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos (ICAP) is hosting the first Cuban exhibition by Italian photographer Alessandro Dobici. This showcase features 130 black-and-white images that cover two decades of his work. Dobici, who is well-known as the official photographer for singer Claudio Baglioni, has captured many famous figures like Roberto Benigni, Bernardo Bertolucci, and Virna Lisi. Named "Alessandro Dobici – Vent’anni di fotografia," the exhibition runs from June 3 to June 30, 2017, and presents a rich variety of portraits, including both celebrities and everyday people from the mid-1990s up to now.
