Alessandra Galletta's documentary on Ettore Spalletti to premiere autumn 2018

Alessandra Galletta, founder of production company LaGalla23, is completing a documentary titled 'Ettore Spalletti, Italia' about the Italian artist Ettore Spalletti (born 1940 in Cappelle sul Tavo, Pescara). The film, running 75 minutes, is scheduled for release in September 2018. It offers an intimate look at Spalletti's practice and daily life, including his recent renovation of the chapel at Villa Serena clinic in Città Sant'Angelo, done with his wife, architect Patrizia Leonelli. Galletta, a former curator and TV author for Mediaset and Rai, shifted to documentary filmmaking to make art accessible.
