Alberto Angela's 'Stanotte a Parigi' airs on Rai1 Christmas night
Alberto Angela's television special 'Stanotte a Parigi' will premiere on Rai1 on December 25, 2023, at 9:15 PM. This is the first episode of the 'Stanotte a…' series to explore a city outside Italy, following previous editions focused on Florence, Rome, Venice, Pompeii, Naples, and Milan. The program takes viewers on a nocturnal tour of Paris, visiting landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Saint Germain des Prés, and Versailles. Special guests include Giancarlo Giannini as Inspector Maigret, singer Mika, footballer Gianluigi Donnarumma, and Lola Ponce, who reenacts Riccardo Cocciante's musical 'Notre-Dame de Paris'. Angela highlighted the Museum of Natural History, with its whale exhibits and Jules Verne-inspired scenography, and the Rodin Museum, where clay sketches of 'The Kiss' reveal a different composition. The series began in 2015 at the Museo Egizio in Turin. On January 1, 2024, Angela will present 'Meraviglie d’Africa – Namibia', focusing on wildlife and desert landscapes.
