SACRO Y PROFANO marks Alan Hernández's inaugural solo exhibition with No Man's Art Gallery and guadalajara90210. This showcase includes soft sculptures and wearable art that merge textile and metal techniques influenced by his Oaxacan heritage, resulting in hybrid forms that balance softness with control. A standout work, Araña de telaraña dorada, illustrates a spider’s golden web ensnaring a butterfly, symbolizing a struggle between care and domination. The theme of queerness serves as a foundational element, with masks and costumes fostering fluid, collective identities rooted in collaboration, performance, and craftsmanship.
