Airbnb and Interrail Launch Heritage Tour Contest Across Europe

Airbnb has launched the Airbnb Heritage Tour, a contest in collaboration with Interrail, offering six winners a 19-day train journey across Europe with stays in historic homes. The trip starts at London's Paddington Station, visiting Bath, a 19th-century aristocratic home; then Chissay-en-Touraine, France, for a castle stay; Montpellier; a 250-year-old Catalan manor near Barcelona; a 400-year-old villa in Lucca, Italy; and ends with a stop in Munich. Winners will be selected by a jury based on adventure spirit, curiosity, and sharing ability. Applications close July 20 on Airbnb's website. Nadine Koszler, marketing manager of Eurail BV, noted the tour coincides with Interrail's 50th anniversary and highlights the freedom and flexibility of train travel, with 2022 traveler numbers exceeding pre-pandemic 2019 levels.
