Affordable Art Fair Milano: Best Booths and Highlights
The eighth edition of Affordable Art Fair Milano, held at Superstudio Più, drew a diverse and attentive crowd with works priced up to €6,000. Painting dominated, but photography and installations were also present. Among the many Italian and international galleries, two stood out. Galleria Carte Scoperte impressed with three themed booths: one for emerging Japanese artists exhibiting in Italy for the first time, a solo show by Francesca Beatrice Borri inspired by pop art, and the Young contemporaries stand featuring Gianluca Patti, Arjian Shehaj, Domitilla Biondi, Alan Borguet, and Jacques Leo. Special mention went to Shehaj and Borguet. In photography, Lumas gallery presented a scenic selection, notably works by Luc Dratwa, whose images resemble paintings, and Israeli artist Rachel Witz.
