Affide Reports Record Growth in First Half of 2026, One in Five Online Auction Buyers Under 40
Affide, the Italian pawn credit specialist owned by the Dorotheum Group, posted strong results for the first half of 2026. Loan volume reached €433 million (+7% vs. end of 2025), new disbursements hit €106.4 million (+26% vs. H1 2025), new policies totaled 83,452 (+19%), and new customers grew 11%. The average loan amount was €1,275, with a peak of €1,458 in northern branches. Digital renewals via app rose to 27.5% (up 6 percentage points). In online auctions, 181 sales were held with 19,567 lots offered, generating €19.4 million in sales and an average hammer price of €1,340 per lot. Notably, 20% of online auction buyers were under 40. Affide also launched its 'Asta Conto Vendita' consignment sale format, with a pilot sale in June achieving a 74% sell-through rate.
