Adobe unveils CX Enterprise Coworker AI agent for marketing automation at Adobe Summit

On April 20, during the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas, Adobe unveiled its CX Enterprise Coworker AI agent, designed to streamline customer experience processes for marketing teams in large enterprises. This AI tool tracks signals, suggests actions, and implements campaigns instantaneously, while seamlessly integrating with Adobe applications such as Real-Time CDP and Marketo Engage, as well as connecting to CRM systems. Adobe highlights its commitment to interoperability through open standards and collaborations, notably with NVIDIA for secure runtime and AI governance. The CX Enterprise suite features an agent skills catalog and developer tools, along with four new additions: Adobe Engagement Intelligence, Adobe Journey Optimizer Loyalty, Adobe CX Analytics, and an enhanced Real-Time CDP profile. Adobe's Experience Platform facilitates over one trillion experiences each year, with shares increasing by 2.2% on the day of the announcement.
