Adelina Cüberyan von Fürstenberg Curates Armenian Pavilion at 2015 Venice Biennale with Diaspora Focus

In 2015, the 56th Venice Biennale showcased the Armenian national pavilion, curated by Adelina Cüberyan von Fürstenberg, which featured 16 artists from the worldwide Armenian diaspora in the exhibition titled 'Armenity.' Situated on San Lazzaro degli Armeni, the exhibition delves into themes of resilience and displacement. The concept of 'Armenity' signifies the identity of the grandchildren of Armenian Genocide survivors. Von Fürstenberg's goal is to foster cultural appreciation through artistic expression.
