Abierto Valencia 2026 Returns in September with Expanded Program

The seventh iteration of Abierto Valencia is set to take place from September 17 to 25, 2026, showcasing openings, exhibitions, tours, performances, and music throughout the city's galleries. This event, organized by the galleries themselves, highlights their significance in the realm of contemporary art. The Generalitat Valenciana will present the award for Best Exhibition, while the Ayuntamiento de València will recognize the Best Artist. Additionally, private collectors are expected to make purchases. A new feature this year is the Premio Cervezas Alhambra, aimed at emerging artists and determined by public voting, which will be presented at the Museo de Bellas Artes de València. The Centro de Arte Hortensia Herrero will facilitate a gathering with curators. Prominent artists such as Alejandra Gandía-Blasco and Beatriz Ruibal will encourage the public to engage with València's vibrant cultural scene.
