ABACO Studio: Transdisciplinary Design Between Paris and Venice

Since 2015, Alice Braggion and Alessandro Carabini, the minds behind ABACO, have been operating in Paris after their education at IUAV in Venice. Their agency specializes in various domains, including art installations, residential and retail projects, hotels, and a unique 3D pasta format for Barilla. They were responsible for the curation of "Be City Smart" in 2014, co-founded the Reaction workshop, and currently teach at Paris College of Art. ABACO has garnered accolades in international competitions, showcasing their work in Milan (2013), Padua (2013), and Paris (2014), and has been awarded the Premio Maggia (2015) and Premio Giovane talento della città di Padova (2016). They participated in the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale (2018) and created the "seimila" installation for Premio Maggia 2019. In 2020, they are set to engage in Milan Design Week and unveil Moho in Montmartre.
