architecture-design · 2026-04-26

The AAM Residence, designed by Ximenes Leite Arquitetura, is a 724 m² residential project completed in 2020 in Granja Viana, São Paulo. The architecture is horizontal and discreet, deeply integrated into the landscape. The program is organized over two levels—ground and lower—to efficiently structure the spaces while enhancing the relationship between interior and exterior. The project team includes Bruna Ximenes and André Leite as lead architects, with Lucas Salina, Augusto Modesto, and Carol Canuto. Photography by André Mortatti. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira.
