A2SE Seminar in Rio Charts Research Agenda for Agents in Software Engineering
Eighteen specialists from academia and industry convened in Rio de Janeiro for the A2SE seminar, focusing on a new research framework linking agentic AI with software engineering. Participants pinpointed six key themes: Governance, Software Engineering for Agents, Agents in Software Architecture, Quality and Evaluation, Sustainability, and Code.
