A$AP Rocky to Receive Inaugural Tribeca X Filmmaker of the Year Award

At the 2026 Tribeca Festival, A$AP Rocky will be honored with the first-ever Tribeca X Filmmaker of the Year Award for his contributions to music, fashion, film, and storytelling. This accolade is part of the Tribeca X initiative. As the founder of AWGE, Rocky has partnered with notable brands such as Puma and Gucci. In other news, Henry Zankov has been named the artistic director of Diane von Furstenberg, where he will manage creative direction while also maintaining his own label; his inaugural DVF collection will launch at New York Fashion Week in September 2026. Additionally, Gucci has entered a multiyear title partnership with Alpine for the 2027 Formula 1 season. François-Henri Pinault has taken over as chairman of Christie's, replacing Guillaume Cerutti. Lastly, Rashid Johnson and Sheree Hovsepian are introducing The Residency at Casa Gràcia in Menorca, which will provide five annual residencies for artists and writers.
