7th Hue Architecture Collective's Tiny House in Kerala
The Tiny House, designed by the 7th Hue Architecture Collective led by Ar. Shyamraj Chandroth, is a 2023 ft² residential project completed in 2024. Located in Kerala, India, the house reimagines compact living through tropical design principles and minimalism. Key features include courtyards, layered volumes, and filtered openings that enhance light, ventilation, and spatial clarity, creating an open and breathable environment despite its limited footprint. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro, with photography by Marc Frames. Collaborators include Tostem and VitrA as manufacturers, Poornima Home Decors for landscape architecture, viewpoint dezigns for project management, and WARP Ventures as general contractor. The design team includes Ar. Aziya H Mondal and Ar. Vinaya M M, with technical support from Er. V. Nandahari.
