7 Waterfront Art Exhibitions from Monaco to Dunkirk
This summer, a cultural journey through seven art exhibitions along the waterways of France and Spain is available. In Perpignan, the Musée d'art Hyacinthe Rigaud showcases 'Portraits d'ateliers.
