65 m² Brasília Apartment by CODA Arquitetura
CODA Arquitetura has completed Apartamento Caju, a 65 m² residential project in Brasília, Brazil, in 2025. Originally designed for a client seeking her first home with space for guests and family, the apartment was later rented by one of the firm's architects, who now lives there with her partner, also an architect. The project was coordinated by Pedro Grilo, Carolina Piana, and Alexandre Isaías, with lead architects Pedro Grilo, Julia Coutinho, and Carolina Piana. Photography is by Júlia Tótoli.
