34th Le Court en dit long Festival Returns to CWB Paris, June 1-5
The 34th edition of the short film festival, Le Court en dit long, is set to take place from June 1 to 5, 2026, at the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles in Paris. This year, the festival will feature 41 contemporary Belgian French-language short films divided into seven thematic categories. Natacha Régnier serves as the festival's godmother, with returning filmmakers such as Cédric Bourgeois and Rémi Vandenitte. Competing are Laurier Fourniau and Guillaume Senez, alongside numerous debut films and 23 female directors, representing 42%. Additional activities include Talents Adami Cannes 2026 and a Carte blanche showcasing INSAS documentaries. Jean-Benoît Ugeux will present his film L’ÂGE MÛR and conduct a cinema class on June 5. The event is organized by the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles/Paris with assistance from various partners.
