28 Scandinavian Street Style Stars Who Shaped Copenhagen Fashion Week

festival-fair · 2026-07-29

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) has solidified its status as the unofficial fifth fashion capital. Vogue has highlighted 28 Scandinavian street style icons, captured by Acielle Tanbetova. Among them are Celine Aagaard (Envelope 1976, 2018), Amelia Hoy (emcee), Caroline Bille Brahe (Caro Editions, 2012), Rotate's Jeanette Friis Madsen and Thora Valdimars (2018), and influencer Pernille Teisbaek (projected to surpass one million followers by 2026). Other prominent names include Cecilie Thorsmark, CEO of CPHFW, along with Marianne Theodorsen, Nadja Bender, and Nina Marker. These fashion figures seamlessly merge local and luxury brands. The spring 2027 shows at CPHFW are set to commence next week.
