22 Must-See Exhibitions Alongside the 2026 Venice Biennale
The 61st Venice Biennale, scheduled from May to November 2026, will host more than 20 satellite exhibitions. Bvlgari, serving as the exclusive partner, has commissioned installations from Lotus L. Kang at the Bvlgari Pavilion, along with works by Lara Favaretto and Monia Ben Hamouda at Biblioteca Marciana. In Cannaregio, Laurent Asscher will launch Ama Venezia, showcasing pieces by Jenny Saville, Richard Serra, and more. Dries Van Noten's foundation will present 'The Only True Protest Is Beauty.' Additionally, Tornabuoni Arte will exhibit works by Picasso, Morandi, and Parmiggiani at Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa. Other notable features include Nalini Malani at Kiran Nadar Museum, Lorna Simpson at Pinault Collection, and a Lee Ufan retrospective by Dia Art Foundation across various venues, including Fondazione Prada and Negozio Olivetti.
