22 Digital Artists Take Over Kyiv with LED Screen Art

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

UArt Media Fest will project works by 22 digital artists onto one of Europe's largest LED screens on the Gulliver building in central Kyiv in October 2024, exactly 954 days after the Russian invasion began on February 24, 2022. The event, organized in collaboration with Meet Future agency, selected participants via open call across two categories: new media and crypto art. A jury chosen through open call will award $3,000 for best video and $1,000 for best NFT. The festival aims to promote creativity in Ukraine, foster international collaboration, and demonstrate cultural resistance amid war. The public art will be visible from Kyiv streets and online.
