206 La Fayette: Mixed-Use Transformation of a Parisian Block by DATA and THINK TANK
The 206 Rue Lafayette project is set to revitalize an eclectic neighborhood in Paris, blending Haussmannian and Faubourg architectural styles. Slated for completion in 2024, this mixed-use development encompasses 10,300 square meters with eight buildings surrounding a central courtyard. Designed by DATA architectes alongside THINK TANK architecture, the project involves contributions from professionals such as Colin Reynier and Leonard Lassagne. Structural engineering is handled by EVP, with additional support from SINTEO, VS-a, and AVA for various requirements. Atelier Roberta oversees the landscaping, and AREP is in charge of external works. Maxime Delvaux provides photography, while Nina Vuga serves as curator.
