2017 Global Biennial Guide: From California to Antarctica

In 2017, significant art events featured documenta 14 in both Athens and Kassel, alongside Skulptur Projekte Münster. Noteworthy occurrences included Desert X in California from February 25 to April 20, showcasing Ed Ruscha; the Honolulu Biennial, running from March 8 to May 8 under Fumio Nanjo’s direction; and the Russian Art Triennial at Moscow's Garage Museum, curated by Kate Fowle from March 14 to May 10.
