12 international artists release electronic charity album for Emergency COVID-19 relief

publication · 2026-04-27

The album "Spiritum for Emergency – Covid 19" was launched on July 2, 2020, showcasing 12 tracks from global artists. The earnings from this project benefit Emergency, an Italian organization that offers free medical assistance to individuals affected by war and poverty. This initiative was spearheaded by Hacienda-D (Daniele Sorrentino), who recently debuted his solo album "Le cose importanti." The fundraiser was designed to provide emergency support during the lockdown. Sorrentino, along with Vincenzo Belvedere, reached out to electronic musicians for reimagined tracks. Featured artists include Viola (Violante Placido), Abstrak Jaz, Al the Coordinator, A Toys Orchestra, Coffee or Not, Floor 5, Her Skin, Leelo, Jerry Springle, Surma, The Rodeo, Cassidy, and Sorrentino. The album can be obtained for a €5 donation.
