Busan Biennale 2018 rivela 65 artisti da 34 paesi per la mostra 'Divided We Stand'
La Biennale di Busan 2018, diretta da Cristina Ricupero e con il curatore Jörg Heiser, la curatrice ospite Gahee Park e un comitato consultivo, presenterà opere di 65 artisti e collettivi provenienti da 34 paesi diversi. Intitolata 'Divided We Stand', la mostra esplorerà temi legati ai territori divisi e si svolgerà dall'8 settembre all'11 novembre sia al Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Busan che nell'ex sede della Banca di Corea. Tra gli artisti in mostra figurano Chantal Akerman, Yael Bartana, Phil Collins, Adrian Piper, Hito Steyerl, Lars von Trier e Zhang Peili. Questa edizione mira a mettere in luce un mix eterogeneo di artisti affermati ed emergenti provenienti da nazioni come Brasile, Cipro e Ucraina, concentrandosi su questioni geopolitiche contemporanee.
