Yuri Zagorin's Architectural Career Documented in New Publication Spanning 25 Years

Architect Yuri Zagorin has released his second editorial publication, a comprehensive volume documenting 25 years of his professional practice focused on housing in Mexico City. The book coincides with the anniversary of his firm, ZDA, and offers a retrospective examination of his architectural approach through unpublished photographs, texts, and visual materials. It features key projects ranging from single-family homes to large-scale residential complexes, accompanied by plans and efficiency data. The publication includes contributions from specialists such as Gene Towle, designers Cecilia León de la Barra, and architect Alfonso López Baz. Additionally, it contains a conversation between Zagorin, Miquel Adrià, and Andrés Jaque discussing the firm's work and future directions in contemporary architecture. Zagorin is a member of several professional organizations including the Colegio de Arquitectos Mexicanos (CAM), the Urban Land Institute, and the Cámara Nacional de Desarrolladores de Vivienda. He is also a founding member of Mejor Ciudad A.C., an organization dedicated to promoting human development through urban environments.
