Spain's 2026-2030 Reading Promotion Plan: 'Reading is a Right' with €82.7M Investment

The initiative is backed by a budget of €82.7 million, representing a 25% increase over previous funding, and aims to enhance services for underprivileged communities and improve the eBiblio platform.
