ScotsRock Proposes Scottish Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at Glasgow's CCA
ScotsRock has unveiled plans to acquire Glasgow's Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) and convert it into a Scottish Rock and Roll Music Hall of Fame, with backing from notable personalities such as Midge Ure, Lulu, and Jim Kerr. This project aims to honor Scotland's musical legacy, inviting the public to propose potential inductees. Among the artists suggested are Big Country, Annie Lennox, Bay City Rollers, Skids, Primal Scream, Fish, Simple Minds, Gerry Rafferty, Callum Beattie, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Lewis Capaldi, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Emeli Sande, Nazareth, Cocteau Twins, The Proclaimers, AC/DC, Deacon Blue, Runrig, Aztec Camera, Leslie Rankine, Del Amitri, and Wet Wet Wet.
