Authorities identified the suspect as Kevin Antonio Hernandez, a resident of Los Angeles. He was arrested on Wednesday on a felony vandalism charge and was later released. According to the couple, a child was present in Hernandez's vehicle during the altercation, and he allegedly violated traffic laws while departing.
