Omega Launches Constellation Observatory Watch Collection with First Two-Hand Master Chronometer

publication · 2026-03-26

Omega unveiled the Constellation Observatory Collection on Thursday, featuring nine models with two new movements that reinterpret the brand's design language. This launch represents a technical milestone as it includes the first two-hand watch to receive Master Chronometer certification, a precision standard previously requiring a seconds hand. According to Omega President and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann, this breakthrough enabled the creation of the Constellation Observatory. The collection was developed and tested by the Laboratoire de Précision, an independent certification body accredited by METAS for Master Chronometer standards and by SAS as a testing laboratory.
