NASA's Artemis II mission has produced a remarkable collection of photographs documenting the Orion spacecraft's journey toward the moon. Astronauts Christina Koch, Jeremy Hansen, Reid Wiseman, and Victor Glover have been capturing images from inside the spacecraft, showing Earth from various perspectives. On April 3, the moon was photographed from Orion during the third day of the mission. Commander Reid Wiseman took multiple views of Earth through the spacecraft's four main windows after completing the translunar injection burn, with one image emphasizing nighttime glow and human activity lights. The astronauts demonstrated zero-gravity conditions during the flight. Exterior shots show Orion with Earth in the background and the moon in the distance, captured by cameras on the spacecraft's solar array wings. The crew also participated in a call with Canadian children, showing what they eat in space. These images provide visual documentation of humanity's return to lunar exploration.
