Swiss singer Melina Nora has launched her debut EP 'Momänt,' which presents intimate chamber-pop songs performed in the Walliser dialect. The 25-year-old artist, who studied voice at Zurich University of the Arts, recently performed at the M4Music festival in Zurich's Schiffbauhalle. Her single 'Was hokksch,' released in November 2024, gained attention beyond radio and led to a tour supporting fellow Walliser singer Sina. The album focuses on transitional moments and internal dialogues, with the dialect creating a distinctive sonic intimacy. The recording includes a duet with Rhaeto-Romanic artist Paula Mia and is released on Mouthwatering Records.
