Macedonian Director's Debut Film Features EDM-Loving Teen Shepherd

Georgi Unkovski, a 36-year-old Macedonian filmmaker, has created his first feature film titled 'DJ Ahmet.' The movie tells the story of a teenage sheep farmer who is passionate about electronic dance music. Unkovski, based in Skopje, Macedonia, conceived the project around a central visual concept: sheep attending an unauthorized rave on a rural farm. He described this as representing the coexistence of two distinct worlds. During production, the crew spent two days attempting to film the farm animals at the party scene.
