Leonidas Avendaño's Contemporary Interior Design Project in Lima Featured in Glocal Design Magazine

The 87th edition of Glocal Design Magazine highlights significant architecture and interior design projects in Mexico for 2025, featuring winners of the Noldi Schreck 2025 award. Among the featured works is a contemporary interior design project in Lima, Peru, by Leonidas Avendaño. Designed by Andrea Cavassa and located in Miraflores, Lima, the project transformed two adjacent apartments into a unified living space. The design emphasizes materiality and spatial continuity, using black sintered stone throughout to create a cohesive visual identity. The open-plan layout integrates living, dining, and kitchen areas, with functional elements like a wooden bar and a coffee and wine station enhancing the domestic experience.
