La Roca Village, a luxury shopping destination near Barcelona, has launched A Doorway to Barcelona, a year-long cultural program celebrating Antoni Gaudí's legacy and Barcelona's designation as UNESCO World Capital of Architecture 2026. The initiative features monumental floral sculptures by Flowers by Bornay, led by Joan Xapelli, which reinterpret Gaudí's iconic ironwork and ceramic lines using local craftsmanship and a palette inspired by Sagrada Família's stained glass. Photographer Jordi Bernadó contributes 24 images capturing the interiors of Barcelona homes, including the last private resident of Casa Milà. The program includes exclusive travel guides developed with Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. La Roca Village, part of The Bicester Collection, aims to serve as a starting point for exploring Catalonia's cultural heritage.
