Former FBI Agent Provides Update on Unsolved Gardner Museum Art Theft

A retired FBI agent who led the investigation into the 1990 Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum robbery has stated that while investigators have identified the likely perpetrators and motive, the location of the stolen artworks remains unknown. Geoffrey Kelly, the former lead detective, believes no living person currently knows where the 13 missing pieces are hidden. The theft occurred in Boston and involved artworks valued at over $500 million. This case represents one of the largest unsolved art crimes in history.
