Duomo di Milano Announces Free Admission Days for 2026-2027
Under the leadership of president Fedele Confalonieri, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo has introduced 'Milano al Duomo', which provides complimentary access to the Milan Cathedral and its museum on specific dates. This initiative, created in collaboration with the Capitolo Metropolitano di Milano, seeks to improve accessibility. Free entry will be available on October 16 and November 4, 2026, as well as February 2 and March 18, 2027. Beginning September 27, 2026, the Museo del Duomo will offer free admission on the last Sunday of each month. Special guided tours commenced on August 26, featuring family workshops and tours in Italian Sign Language. All events are accessible on a first-come, first-served basis with required reservations.
