CentroCentro Launches New Residency Program with Manchester and Madrid Editions
CentroCentro in Madrid has introduced a new residency initiative for the upcoming season aimed at enhancing contemporary artistic production and encouraging collaboration between local and global artists. This program features international residencies lasting one month at various European centers and three-month stays at Espacio Rafael Canogar in 2027. The inaugural international residency will take place at Rogue Artists' Studios in Manchester from November 16 to December 15, 2026, and is available to two visual artists from the Community of Madrid who possess a minimum of eight years of experience. Applications will be accepted from September 1 to October 5, 2026, with results announced on October 20. In 2027, two quarterly residencies will accommodate three artists each.
